About Us
Built Environment Legal (BEL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Association of Consulting Engineers Australia (ACEA). The ACEA is an industry body representing the business interests of firms providing engineering, technology and management consultancy services. ACEA represents over 260 firms, from large multidisciplinary corporations to small niche practices, across a range of engineering fields with a total of some 45,000 employees.

Working with the ACEA we understand the unique issues that are faced by firms providing engineers technology and management consultancy services.

BEL is like most other law firms in many ways, our work is challenging, our standards are high, and we have demanding schedules. But what sets us apart? Our focus on the Built Environment, passion for what we do, and the people we work with.
